ShopSabre CNC Router Maintenance Guide — Free Download
We have a 2017 ShopSabre PRO 408. Like most maintenance, cleaning and greasing the router is easy to put off when the machine is busy and still cutting parts.
We made a short guide so we don't have to rely on memory every time maintenance comes around. It covers the routine we use on our machine and the few supplies we keep nearby. You can get it free below.
Tools and supplies we recommend
You don't need much. These are the grease guns and grease linked in the guide:
- Milwaukee M12 Grease Gun — This is the one we reach for. It isn't necessary, but it is really helpful.
- Pistol Grease Gun — A basic manual gun works fine too.
- Approved Grease — Use the right grease instead of whatever happens to be on the shelf.
